400 g CIRIO Lenticchie
400 g CIRIO Piselli
2 ripe tomatoes
1 mint tuft
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
- Boil 1.5l of water with lentils and green peas.
- Meanwhile chop the tomatoes in half, remove the inside, chop into cubes and put them in a bowl with the chopped mint and 2 tablespoon of oil.
- Add salt and pepper to season.
- Serve the soup garnished with marinated tomato. Can be served cold in summer.
