250 g CIRIO Lenticchie
1 white celery heart
30 ml Extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon
15 g of mustard

Preparation
- Wash the celery and slice it.
- Put the oil, mustard, a pinch of salt and the juice of the lemon in a bowl, and mix them to produce a sauce.
- Drain the lentils and season them with celery and the sauce.
- Serve the dish.
